What I keep, and why.

1. If I wrote to you first

I write to wedding venues whose business contact details are published on their own website or in a public directory. I keep the venue's name, the contact name and role if published, the business email address, the page I found it on and the date I found it. I use this to send one message about a concept reel and, at most, one follow-up. Every message has a working opt-out; reply "no" or "unsubscribe" and you will not hear from me again, and your address goes on a suppression list so it is not reused.

2. Concept samples

A concept reel is cut from photographs on your public website. It lives on a private page under your venue's name that is not listed on this site and that search engines are asked not to index; only you receive the link. It is deleted within one business day of your request. I do not use your photographs for anything else.

3. Sample pages and measurement

Sample pages record three events, page opened, video played, video finished, as counts against the sample's name. No cookies, no advertising identifiers, no IP address stored. Counts are kept for 120 days so I know whether a reel was watched.

4. If you become a client

I keep your contact details, your invoices and the material you send me for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet bookkeeping obligations (eight years under Hungarian law for invoices). Photographs are deleted on request once the work is delivered.

5. Who else sees your data

Email is delivered through Resend (United States and EU); the website runs on Cloudflare. Neither is given your data for their own purposes. I do not sell or share contact lists.

6. Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to marketing at any time by writing to gabriel@automating.space. Residents of the EU and UK have the rights set out in the GDPR; residents of California have the rights set out in the CCPA. I respond within 30 days and usually within a day.
